37,000 custom cast aluminum diamond shaped tiles adorn the ceiling panels at EEST. Fixed with screws to a plywood backing under the faux rivet for safety.

The design motif is to evoke a sense of ancient Asian culture, pre-dating Buddah, at this pan-Asian restaurant operated by the Westin Hotel KL.
